Questions about money
Is it really one price?
Yes. $25 a month whether you have one room or thirty. There is no bigger plan, no add-ons, and no feature held back for a higher tier.
Do you take a percentage of rent?
No. Rent goes straight from your tenant to you, the same way it does now. Latchly never touches it and never takes a cut.
What happens after the free trial?
The card you gave at signup is charged $25 and the app carries on. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you are charged nothing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
What if I stop paying?
Your data is not deleted and you can still read everything. You just cannot add anything new until the subscription is back on.
